Parsons Peebles Generation Ltd utilizes an extremely experienced and skilled workforce together with a well-equipped manufacturing and test facility. Our site  labour are certified to AEMT standard for The Repair and Overhaul of Electrical Apparatus Used in Explosive Atmospheres.

Our belief is that good quality must be designed and built in to the product. Our Quality Assurance procedures have been assessed by AFNOR and are accredited to the quality management system requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We also hold accreditation with Baseefa and have achieved the Russian GOST-R certification. Our products are built to last and enjoy a comprehensive OEM warranty.

    Our range of four pole generators with outputs from 5.000 to 65.000 kVA is highly efficient and of robust construction. They are particularly suited for use with gas and steam turbines in single cycle, combined cycle or combined heat and power plants. The rigid construction makes them ideal for the special environmental conditions encountered on offshore oil and gas facilities.

    The outputs range from 10.000 to 150.000 kVA and the product can be used with a comprehensive variety of driver packages including steam turbines and single and combined cycle gas turbine.

    Design features and advantage
  • Cylindrical rotor design, air cooled by fans mounted on the shaft.
  • Use with gas and steam turbines.
  • The stator frame structures have been extensively designed using the very
        latest analysis techniques, they combine minimum weight with maximum
        rigidity to produce machines with inherently low vibration levels.
  • Can be packaged along with gearbox for connection to turbines that run
        at shaft speeds other than 3.000 or 3.600 rev/min.
  • The range can be adapted for special light weight applications such as
        mobile power systems.
  • Overall acoustic enclosure with the appropriate air filtration system
        available including fire protection and gas detection lighting and access.
  • Proprietary rotor up shaft connections to reduce any risk of failures.
  • Diode failure protection as standard.
